Our union has always been about addressing working conditions and having job security. We wouldn’t have put all this effort into organizing our union if we didn’t care about APTP or its mission. Any suggestion by APTP management to the contrary is an outright lie. 4/5

We have yet to hear from the Executive Director or other APTP leaders why unionizing is such a threat to APTP. APTP leadership should want their workers unionized given the racist legacy of at-will employment. 3/5

We could avoid an onerous hearing altogether if we simply come to an agreement with management outside of the costly NLRB process. We look forward to reaching a swift resolution, grounded in healing justice, so we can move onward together!

We are the union. The union isn’t some third party — the union is us! The workers whose labor makes our programs run and who have sacrificed so much to help make APTP what it is today. The union is about having each others’ backs and standing up for our fellow workers everywhere!

A union contract protects workers by requiring just cause for termination, protecting workers who speak up from excessive or unwarranted discipline. Collective bargaining will allow… 2/3
