Valve just updated their Steam rules to ban content that “may violate rules set by payment processors or banks.” Sounds boring. It’s not. It’s the quiet normalization of financial censorship and it’s going to hurt LGBTQ+ games and devs

Grifter reviewers are a stain on modern film "criticism". Rather than choosing to actually analyze a film from its pacing, characterization, cinematography, the things you SHOULD analyze a film for, they'd rather be superficial and also just straight up racist or homophobic oftentimes.

It still blows my mind that Love on the Spectrum can have an 8.4 on Imdb when it pretty blatantly infantilizes autistic adults. As an autistic adult who's been treated like a child before myself in different situations, it really is just disappointing to see there's an entire show built around that.

Just finished Season 3 of Re:Zero, which currently has been my favorite ongoing anime series. I started it last year, didn't expect to get as hooked into it as I did, since it does dive into a lot of pretty deep existentialist themes. Season 3 wasn't AS good imo as S1 or S2, but still fantastic!
