The woods near Best house the Joe Mann Open Air Theater featuring a beautiful memorial to Joe. It depicts a mother pelican feeding her children with her own blood. It’s a popular myth but a powerful symbol of extreme self sacrifice nonetheless, just like Joe’s own sacrifice. 2/
