Finding out Charlotte repressed its publishing in the wake of Anne’s death was infuriating. I’ve still got a bit to go but the prose has been absolutely captivating.

Depends on the vibes. If the chapter is very serious or at a critical turning point in the story, then I think wall of text is fine. But at any other point it’s usually tedious and unnecessary.
