I try to live every day with the determination I had in active addiction esp the time I ran across 4 lanes of traffic, didn't see a median barrier in the dark, flipped over it, tore my pants, mangled my leg, and still made it to the other side to spend my last 4$ on a 4loko before last call.

My annual 'winter is coming' suggestion:
Learn how to fall. Go to a gymnastics or martial arts school and learn to bring your arms in and fall on your back. A lot of falling injuries are from sticking your arm out to catch yourself, and injuring that arm.
