It's outrageous that the Secretary of State can, on his sole authority, have a legal resident of the US summarily detained and deported without any due process. This power renders millions of people legally in the US effectively without rights.

Senate Democrats can't always block things, but they can slow things down. There's never a reason to not bog down the Senate in quorum calls.
Going through yesterdays Congressional to see that Republican Senators are actually suggesting that there "is the absence of a quorum" and that Senators like @warren.senate.gov are doing the work of requesting unanimous consent to rescinding them.
