The whole #sourdough thing passed me by during Covid but I took a notion to give it a go. Not bad for a first attempt. Hope it tastes as good as it smells. Have a new appreciation for bread bakers now - there’s a lot of steps involved!

14 crews in total are out clearing storm damage and will work until daylight ends. Biggest issue they are facing is that there is a lot of trees which have not fallen but are dangerous. Please stay clear of electrical cables.
