Squats’ interests include trying out every bed in the house and being hand-fed treats. He is uninterested in stairs (he’s less than 8 lbs, all stairs are bigger than him!) and doesn’t care for his harness, frankly. You can find him prancing along behind his daddy any time he walks toward the kitchen

Yesterday while playing Blue Prince my husband said, “The Casino is my least favorite room in the house” and to think… at one point we were so excited to add it to the draft pool.
In other news, maybe we will be adding this lil guy to our pack soon, cross your fingers it all works out!

We planted these yesterday and as we walked away today after working on drainage a hummingbird was feeding on it already! (It’s in the photo but not very visible). Also this mantis crawled up my leg and 10/10 will take that over a tick any day.

We are saying goodbye to our blind bundle of farts today. Barry had lots of health issues, and in the end his little body just couldn’t handle it anymore. He’s got 10 brothers and sisters waiting to welcome him.
