He is uninterested in stairs (he’s less than 8 lbs, all stairs are bigger than him!) and doesn’t care for his harness, frankly. You can find him prancing along behind his daddy any time he walks toward the kitchen

Good thing I’ve been doing Blue Prince puzzles and stuff because I had to solve the Minotaur’s labyrinth to find the uber pick-up spot at the San Francisco airport the other day.

I’ve finished 5 books this month (maybe I’ll get a 6th in) and I’m going to have to start altering my walking route to diversify the little free libraries I go to because at this point I’m just choosing between my own donations (and a scrabble dictionary? Come on)

Yesterday while playing Blue Prince my husband said, “The Casino is my least favorite room in the house” and to think… at one point we were so excited to add it to the draft pool.

Ended a day in Blue Prince with like 140 steps, 19 gems, 12 keys, and 370 coins. Couldn’t even do anything with them. That’s how billionaires live, except they don’t start their next day over at zero, it’s just constant oversaturation of resources.

There are two houses, on opposite sides of town. One yard is decorated with small whimsical yard art, the other decorated with large, statue-esque yard art. I can’t help thinking they are magical barriers keeping this town safe. Also, are they friends? Enemies? If they meet, will a black hole form?

The Beach Boys had me convinced the Poconos were some warm beach vacation destination. Color me surprised at 37 years old when I learn they’re mountains in Pennsylvania and they were saying “Kokomo.” I think about that every once in a while.
