Trying to think about how to phrase the question: Is there a lag time between methane and co2 emissions in the atmosphere and the warming? So in other words is the warming we are seeing reflecting current data or responding to emissions from years back, or both?

In fact, the preponderance of scientific evidence in recent years points increasingly toward each increment of warming being MORE consequential, and harmful to both human systems and societies and ecosystems, than previously believed--not less. [7/n]
