There are legal gray areas that the 1st strike falls into, and we've seen the Right exploit those literally endlessly.

The 2nd strike has zero gray area. All relevant law is crystal clear. I think that's why the focus is on it, we finally have a concrete situation.

Thanks for this info. Commanders and up are where actual context is known. But... the top tier of the fed gov should protecting ANY troops from being directed by criminals. SCOTUS and Congress need to Do Their Job!
