Zootopia 2 is not as good as the first movie, but I’m still glad I saw it.
The world building was interesting, especially what they did with the topic of racism. I was surprised by the more serious tone.
I just wish Judy and Nick had more of a focus. They took more of a backseat this time around.

I did it! There’s a full rough cut ready to be edited and I completed it with an hour to spare. If all goes according to plan, I should be ready to post the completed version in about two weeks!

I sometimes think it would be fun to create a blooper reel of mistakes I make during recording. But, whenever I sit down to record, 90% of my flubbed lines end with me going, “FUCK!” So I think that would get old very fast.

Frankenstein was decent! The sets were gorgeous and the cast was fantastic.
The movie’s first half fleshed out Victor Frankenstein’s backstory, which, in my opinion, was unnecessary and became a bit tedious. Also, I felt the changed ending undermines the original message of the book.

Woof. Out of a total of 293 mini-paragraphs, I’ve recorded 115 today. Almost 40%! I’m really hoping to get this video out soon.
Man, I forgot how much easier it is to record during the winter. I’m not having to alternate between sweating uncontrollably as I read lines and sitting beside my fan for a few minutes.
