Medicare for my wife and me will be about $20K annually. So much for socialized medicine for all! IRMAA surcharges are about equivalent to the costs for a privately-purchased ACA Marketplace plan. Why hasn’t Congress fixed this drain on wealthy Americans’ pocketbooks!
