I don't like how casually people use things that were once meant to be initiated and encompassed at a desk, now just on the fly when they're picking up frozen pizzas. I still think being online happens at my desk with my computer. 'Internetting' away from your desk should be called something else.

If Trump understood tariffs... why haven't the folks at Jack Daniels simply moved production to Canada to avoid tariffs? Because it's fucking stupid. They're just not going to sell in Canada, not move production a single market. Thinking companies will move for a single market is simply insane.

Streaming subscription fees, Youtube ads, pop-ups, and general privacy infringement are a tax on people who aren't tech savvy enough to pirate content or block IP addresses.
Also, Reddit is now used to train a large language models meaning you are directly training the monster.

This is my first 'professional' graphics card, a Quadro FX 1000. It was a hell of a render station at the time. My first card was an MX420, which was terrible, but once I started doing actual freelance jobs and picking up professional gigs in college I needed this guy
