A look at the grievances of striking CUPW postal workers.

More than just an impasse over wages, they include legitimate concerns about the "casualization" of their workforce, a distressing trend toward less-permanent employment seen in many other sectors (including health care) as well.

Strikes by postal workers have paved the way for Canadians to enjoy maternity leave and job security. Now, they are fighting the casualization that threatens so many workers.

The ALS Society of Alberta has been with us every step of our journey with ALS. They have a fantastic equipment loan program that helps lessen the burden to ALS families.

They have an ALS Walk in June, right around Glenn’s birthday. We would love for all of you to join Team Glenn in ‘25

We need to get rid of this government as soon as possible.

Violating the Canada Health Act and charging people for what should be free to access is wrong.
We pay taxes to support free healthcare.
The UCP government wants to take that away.

Call your MLAs and tell them your opinion.
Alberta Health Minister Adriana LaGrange blames the Canada Health Act for not allowing Albertans to pay for health care in Alberta that her government is failing to deliver.

If you support MAID please take this survey and let the government know. Sadly the UCP are taking efforts to dismantle this service.
The UCP have initiated their plan to limit or eliminate Medical Assistance In Dying in Alberta. They’re consulting religous orgs but it’s also important individual voices be heard. Here's the survey they have quietly posted.

Albertans, insurance companies will now be able to increase your car insurance premiums without a limit and you won’t be able to sue them anymore.

Canadians need to have a serious discussion about the concentration of media ownership in Canada. A Royal Commission should be established to examine the issue.

The health care system in Canada didn’t break by itself. It was broken by Provincial Conservative governments who are starving the system of resources to position for-profit delivery of publicly funded services as a saviour. This was always the plan.

Please keep your account open here even if they swarm in.
