We had a great walk today, which included walking by a car show that was just getting started. Only about 3 miles and I hate to admit it was a struggle. Pleasant, but difficult. I've got a lot of work ahead before I do another race.

3 mile run (plus 2 mile walk) on Tuesday, and a rather lackluster trip to the gym today.
I'm in some kind of flare but yesterday seemed to be the worst of it, and taking a midday Gabapentin is helping me feel more normal.

Tyreese is 5 weeks old today!
He's eating a ton, using the litterbox, and showing some interest in Toshi.
Thankfully Toshi has stopped hissing back. By the time Tyreese is ready to come out of his tent they should be used to each other and ready to play.
