If you are considering running for elected office in Bangor, Maine, be sure to save the date: July 28, 2025. This is the first day you'll be able to go to the City Clerk's office and receive your petitions for getting on the ballot for the November election.

This policy doesn’t save money; it shifts costs to even more expensive services. It's far cheaper to help someone stay housed than to manage the fallout of homelessness. (2/2)
