They like to pull people off Claiborne and line them up on Gov Nicholls right at that corner. Seemed like quite the money making operation.

They do this for brake tags right off the Esplanade exit onto N. Claiborne. I used to have to fight through the line of pulled over cars to get home on Gov. Nicholls.
