Sure love the vintage cover art of these pulp novels but man they are so tedious to read. This was trying to be a cross between On the Road and Catcher in the Rye but managed to be complete pretentious gibberish. Oh well.

Interior of Key Club Cleaners on Asbury at Oakton in Evanston. This was only a few years ago, I doubt that they’ve remodeled since. Can’t remember the last time I saw a capital Q like that.

I drove by this beauty on Grand Ave. in 2022 and quickly grabbed this image - but since I paused at a green light for a fraction of a second the guy behind me hit the gas and passed me on the left. Ah Chicago. I wonder how this buildings’ rehab is coming along?

Went alllll the way back to the oldest image on my phone to find this lapel pin from the FCCA, Farmers Chinchilla Cooperative of America. Had a brief twinge that I have the image but not the object but know it’s for the best.
