I’ve turned this off once, but Wave insists on reminding me when to leave for work. I work from home.
An iPhone notification telling me that my commute will be 1 min “but things change,” and so I should check the route. Tech is becoming dumber everyday, and in a way that’s great because they’re really showing us that they’re not interested in helping us live but getting us hooked on gizmos of little value.

Turning between centers is great but that dog is scary af. The dog is the bent piece that is secured on the piece and has a finger (leg?!) in the faceplate. It spins as fast the piece.
On a metal lathe, a piece is mounted between centers and held in a lathe dog, a bent piece of metal that makes the piece spin by having a “finger” in the faceplate.
