Watched Batman Returns in the theaters for the first time in my life. Man, that is a top 5 superhero film & perhaps the Burtoniest of all his films. (Scissorhands is close.) A profoundly weird film about the weirdos (Penguin, Catwoman), uninterested in the ostensible lead character. 5 stars.
