As noted in our story on Ford and booze sales, not only is he interested in putting public assets in private pockets, but he's keen to dry up government revenue so the next governments can't pay for educational or healthcare either.

This framing sets you up to believe the rise of nursing agencies was an unintended consequence. Bill 124 was written to benefit agencies, making sure hospitals couldn't compete with them on pay. Hospitals are hiring back their own people from agencies at a premium.

This framing sets you up to believe the rise of nursing agencies was an unintended consequence. Bill 124 was written to benefit agencies, making sure hospitals couldn't compete with them on pay. Hospitals are hiring back their own people from agencies at a premium.
