Trump is trying to erase all values expressed before his election so that he is the one and only historic person and the hero of every story.
This month's 11th Hour column in the print New Republic is about Trump's threatened sale of the Wilbur J. Cohen Federal Building, the "Sistine Chapel of the New Deal." We have since learned Trump is preparing to bypass the GSA and demolish it before sale. Please spread the word.

There is a fine US Gov't resort at Guantanamo Bay! Quiet, not many neighbors and no pesky demonstrations.

Everyone in King Orange's regime thinks their offices are royal grants as in 12th century empires where dukes owned whole regions and all income possible from them. That means they can all spend fortunes on themselves beyond any use by their departments.

There is this one hope for gaining control by citizens of politics and elections. It is up to us to force through a citizens' initiative denying corporations any rights in politics and elections. States define corporatioons and what they are allowed to do. We can dissolve or limit them.
Friends — Here's one "big idea" for how we can start to fix the system in 2026. Let me know your thoughts.

Nominating someone because they are electable meand thay have been cleared by the million dollar consultants. That means that gthey carry no message and express no belief that could possibly turn anyone away. That means they are not worth following.
Sure, but here in the real world where that doesn't exist yet, we have to run the candidate with the best chance to win the general when it's a tight race.

@pottedtree.bsky.social There is an explanation for most of the inaction of the GOP. They see Trump dying and decided to wait for it thus no political losses if they try to remove him and fail. Vance will lacks the power to rule, and DT Jr., Kushner and Lizard Boy have no official standing.

That is the nature of US capitalism now; the middlemen are better paid and valued more than producers. That is true in all industries. In heathcare, the insurance companies, drug management firms and hospital chains are raking in billions while patients skip doses and needed procedures.

Didb he ever have it? We'll answer in a couple weeks.
Donald Trump’s mental decline has gotten worse.

Why is the media only barely starting to report on it?

And why won’t they ask who’s really making the decisions in the White House? www.youtube.com/watch?v=NQHL...

These are the actions of a man(?) with no concern for anything, and his Golem Stephen Miller. They are doublecrossing everyone on the planet other than the 2000 billionaires. Every possibility for cruelty and broken promises is seized upon with glee.
Firing over 100 immigration judges.

Arresting immigrants outside of their immigration hearings.

Pausing asylum decisions.

And now? Cancelling citizenship ceremonies, the final step to becoming a U.S. citizen.

Just remember that Trump never cared about "legal immigration."

The USA has always refused to acknowledge that the international courts have any authority over our actions, so this picture will require a major shuffling of status. We have always been allowed veto power over U.N. actions and control by our generals or diplomats when we deign to join in.
Soon....Very.....Soon....👇

There are probable crimes committed by sveral justices by lying under oath to the Senate and financial shenanigans with the donor class. Impeachment proceedings could easily be in their futures.

Will no one stand up to Trump while he berates women journalists? Where is the White House Correspondents Association? Any thoughts from them??? WTAF. Would it be so hard for one of those journalists to say "with all due respect Mr. President, that is uncalled for and inappropriate."

The best uses for AI is to automate tax filings and health insurance. Both require processing information that the government on incomes and deductions or that our healthcare providers have of our histories and treatments. Both of these are huge and expensive services that fuel massive fortunes
