Btw this was my patient who had acute hyponatremia attributed to HCTZ a few years ago. Repeat last week was 134 and he’s been fine since stopping the diuretic :)

Yeah - we try to avoid making jokes about how “backed up” they are in G.I. 😜😂

Not gonna lie…it did. Then I always wonder if I went too far 😬
But the local admin is good and the rest on the chain were other primary care docs - so I think I’m safe!

I actually get logs on all sorts of stuff…more sticky notes than you would expect. For some reason people like to get them started on teeny tiny pieces of paper.
