The right's opposition to IVF is confounding for anyone who believed they ever cared about life or babies. But IVF not only helps queer couples start families--it also allows cis women to wait longer before having children. Banning IVF is about forcing them to have children earlier.

To my delight, NASA’s Science Mission Directorate has sent me an actual expert panel evaluation of my “flatten the planets” proposal! Sadly, they decided not to fund it.
