Romanian MiG-29 (изд. 9-13) № 53 Red, received from Moldova in 1992, in exchange for some TAB-71 armored vehicles. It was the only изд. 9-13 in service with the Romanian Air Force, all the others being изд. 9-12А. The aircraft was formerly in Soviet ИАП 86, stationed at Mărculeşti air base.
