Corporate health care doesn't enhance care, increase access, contain costs, or improve outcomes. All it does is siphon money off the top to profit CEOs and shareholders. The US needs universal healthcare like every other civilized country. Take the best of each model and get rid of the middleman.

If they were taxed at a reasonable rate instead of amassing and hoarding profits, and over compensating CEOs, there would be a place for smaller companies, more choices, competition, and a fairer playing field. (cont)
