Both are actually! Sophie from the GNB quest line is Dorians older sister. (Though admittedly I have had to tweak her a bit) She ends up leaving when they're younger.
Grace is Kurenai's older cousin, that the royal family banished as a baby, inevitably getting adopted by Hancock.

Grace on the other hand, would likely try to be more evasive, trying to scramble for her weapon. Shadowbringers onward, though, she wouldnt be afraid to do some hand to hand

Dorian is def the type of person who takes time to warm up to people, so in social situations he would be around friends that he could use as a buffer.
Grace on the other hand is very much a social butterfly, her father being a business man had her grow around people so she lacks most social fears
