i used to take my coffee black when i was younger and had no self preservation and after a point i was like i cant do this anymore. unfortunately it seems there are tomes in your life where only coffee that can only be described as Primordial Sludge can keep you going,

avrant's ancient is orpheus because the bard thing but also because of him worshipping no gods but the sun towards the end of his life. i have orpheus disillusioned with the rest of the convocation shortly before the final days and she places all her faith in the next azem instead so it felt fitting

i dont hc cyella as an azem shard but i cant deny there is something undeniably tasty about her being the shepherd tasked to kill the narratives sacrificial lamb. or a shepherd who became the big bad wolf. either way, the lamb would love her still
