And to convince you more, at 180 months(15 years) you owe $284,195.38 on the 30-year and $373,227.08 on the 50-year. in 30 years, when the 30 is paid off, you still owe $302,434.12 on the 50, or over 75% of the original loan

Using the PMT function in Excel, a $400,000 mortgage at 30 years is $ 2,398.20 per month, at 50 years is $ 2,254.87, or $143.33 less. Hard to imagine this would make a huge difference in many people's finances.

Just ran some numbers, the 30-year mortgage rate is generally based on the 10-year Treasury rate (since the average age of a 30-year mortgage is I believe ~7 years) so if we use the 30-year Treasury for a 50-year mortgage, the rate is typically about 0.5% higher. So use 6% for 30 and 6.5% for 50

This becomes Ike an interest only mortgage, the advantage over rent us it nominally will not go up other than the expenses you mention. And if price goes up you benefit but if proces drop you are screwed.

As a humble PR guy, isn't that the correct answer? Would you prefer he say they are panicking? I would guess he threw in a "We are always looking to get better."

You would think the Browns would have shown him the respect to discuss the trade with him before pulling the trigger.

You could tell none of the three referees had a good look in real-time as none of them signalled TD. Once they huddled, I think they decided that if they called TD, it goes for automatic review. I don't think the reverse is true, and the Saints would have had to challenge.

I like him having a strong opinion even though I agree with Tomlin but not sure why he kicked it in the end zone.

Kinda look like the laundry guy went on strike

The thing that makes me crack up in these posts is he almost always ends them the way Sister
Mary Grace taught me to end a business letter but I don think I have ever actually used in a business letter.

I remember my Dad telling me to call The Buffalo News to see if the Blue Jays were playing the weekend we were going to be in Toronto but this was way before the internet.

Looks like they switched back to Bills-Saints, also what 506 Sports has. Though they could change again.

My favorite look, much prefer white pants over blue pants with blue jerseys.

Playing to win versus playing not to lose, I think coaches embracing analytics has played a large role in this shift in mindset.

I think I would rather see KC win as they are in the tougher division with more likely losses and a better matchup for the Bills but I would bet on the Ravens.

I think Daboll and McDermott butted heads and Daboll was looking for a way out, I would be surprised if he came back, listening to th Coordinator press co Terence, I think Bobby Babich hits me as more head coach material but I think he needs some seasoning.

I think Daboll is the warning about Joe Brady getting a job. Is Josh Allen coming with him?

Next four

When did they clinch last year? Next fourteen should be big favorites until they play the Chiefs in early Nov.

He appproached it as a lawyer cross examining a witness, so the politician was on the defensive, more modern politicians tend to be more proactive and just answer any way they want.

I would assume the long snapper was because they didn’t want to use Reid Ferguson during the tryout.
