Corporate accountability is no longer a vague CSR promise. The EU’s #CSDDD proposes legal duties on companies to address human rights abuses in their supply chains. But:

• Is it enforceable?
• Is the Omnibus clause the new loophole.

I’m drafting a paper on this — ideas welcome.
