Great climate litigation news from the Netherlands!

Several new resolutions were adopted during FIDH's 42nd Congress in BogotΓ‘.

The @coe.int Convention is a welcome legal development - and one pillar of the Council's new Strategy on the Environment.

FIDH & @healthyenvcoe.bsky.social members contributed to the latter. We will closely watch its implementation through the upcoming Steering Committee on the Environment!

Today, #Thailand will submit the Initial Memorandum for its accession to the OECD.

#TheFarmerCase: hearings continue this Wednesday in a legal action in our #SeeYouInCourt project!

The solution to the climate crisis requires multinational companies to immediately stop new GHG emissions.
