Making pixel art in PICO-8 is incredibly simple and feels so rewarding. But larger artwork is sometimes better made in another editor first, like Aseprite.

Over the years, HAIRPEPE has transformed into all sorts of side projects and artworks. It was originally made on a lunch break in 2016, and wasn't very popular until a HAIRPEPE transaction on the Counterparty network caused nodes to crash.
