"Which issue did we fix more than once last quarter?"

If it takes a while to answer, that's usually telling.
Repeat fixes matter more than raw denial counts.

They show where time and effort keep getting pulled back.

If we had 30 minutes to understand an #RCM setup, we wouldn't start with tools.

We'd ask: which denials repeat, where workarounds live, when issues show up, and what only appears at month-end.

Those answers usually reveal more than any report.

"Clean claim" sounds reassuring.
