Came here to say this. I have a portable induction hob. Works great for cooking on EHU. My BIL has vehicle to load with his ioniq 5 and uses this for ‘off grid’ camping.

(UK) currently saving approx £120 per year from not having the standing charge for gas. All electric house with ASHP and induction hob with electric oven.
