I haven’t worked out in six weeks the to being depressed for the first three then sick w a lung infection for the rest and I feel like all my muscle mass is gone like I understand it’s just shrunk some but I feel so unlike myself rn I want my shoulders back

The unfortunate reality that in order to draw any sort of robo gore I need to understand muscle fibers so I can replace those with wires and other bits ughhhhhhhhhhhh how far can I get w simplifying it all
