I remain unclear on how the people who use services will be supported at a local level to have their voices heard both independently of the organisations which need to hear them and without the risk of distortion by party politics.

My concern is that this aspect will be completely overlooked in favour of an NHS professionalised health agent workforce. important for communities to be involved in this roll out from

They tried this model on an estate in North Somerset but missed out the crucial element - that it was local ppl contacting local ppl using their networks. Parachuting in outsiders won’t work. Must be grassroots and enabling local communities to address own challenges
