Simply Plural is a great resource! We do use it for lists and have friends added but consistently logging who's fronting is another matter...

oh yeah i don't think any of us are journalling perfectly haha-
i think that's why our current setup is working well for us,
a journal with daily entries by the ANPs with surface level stuff, and a separate one for the big feels tm that isn't dated.

internal communication is always easier though!!

we also make use of simply plural and notion for listing, mapping and organising.

household chores/calendar is even more complicated haha.

journalling, planning & logging are interests of a lot of us and when we disagree on how we should do it we end up with two doing the same thing...

but my friends are all singlets, gay as they may be
and they're excellent listeners

but it's still so lovely to find systems to befriend again

inversely, we are actually very open about our system in real life - all of my friends, my partner and some of my medical professionals know and have for years.

i am super lucky to have lots of friends that love us wholly and separately, and understand and support us truly

when I put a query out yesterday i was welcomed to pluralsky! there's a discord too.
at the very least, you've made one system friend in me! we can be new and nervous together.

gotta fight the urge to curl up in bed (safe place) so i can make my whole home the safe place (by cleaning)

I couldn't find a starter pack but if you search through the #pluralsky feed and the people who have liked it there are lots of systems to follow! I only joined yesterday too, and I've found it very welcoming so far. I haven't had system community in quite a few years.
