went for a swim workout today for the first time in years
we were so anxious i couldn't breathe properly once i got in the pool but i did it

what's your journalling system like?
ours is overly complex - we have four physical journals, one for daily writings and pixel, and then three with no time pressure but for "overflow": one for intense feelings, one for happy memories to look back on, & one for plans/to dos.
