Is it a good thing or a bad thing when your tracker tells you that you have wildly exceeded your exercise goals for the day before 9am after shoveling snow (but the snow is still coming down so there’s def more shoveling ahead)? At least the birds are happy I filled their feeder yesterday. #DCSnow
