As a former enlisted man who has had real world convos with leaders regarding my refusal to follow certain orders, i can say that it really is a lot easier to say “no” than most people realize.
That said, this 100% MUST start with flag officers saying no. A pilot refusing is easy to go around.

Whole neighborhoods of Lennar homes (the most inexpensive builder in our market) are being built pre-sold and being advertised as “rent a brand new home”. They aren’t the only builder doing this, just the biggest one in town. The world of the corporate landlord is here.

I feel like we should have had a 60 Minutes, or Dateline, or 20/20 special episode where they interview survivors who break down the horrible things that Epstein, Trump, Clinton, and every other nasty old man did. I miss journalism.
