I ran into this so hard when I got dx'd with ADHD and then realized I saw a lot of similar traits in one of my parents who happened to be the one who was very insistent that I just needed to focus more

I definitely feel the pain, doing mainly FX and motion work can make nice stills sometimes but the movement is always what makes it sparkle

The color contrast between the coral pink of her hair and the blue behind it is so pleasing to the eye
