Although now he might replace an incompetent attorney with a good one. Be careful what you wish for.

If this were in present times, Calvin would be getting loaded up with SSRI's in no time.
November 30, 2025 at 8:28 PM
Sybil might get some fierce competition from Calvin.

Sluggo has an abundance of self confidence. Although it often gets him into a lot of trouble.
November 27, 2025 at 5:33 AM
That has to be either fake news or the dumbest idea to date.

And we certainly do lead, in unemployment, high gas prices, high utilities, record homelessness, high housing costs, high crime rates, most dollars spent on a train to nowhere, worst educational system, high food prices. So yes, California is a true leader in the country.
November 26, 2025 at 2:20 AM
Californians would also like someone who actually lives here to run for Gov. instead of making your primary residence in VA or DC. What's up with that, Guv?
November 26, 2025 at 2:15 AM
Didn't we also spend billions of taxpayer dollars on the homeless problem? What about an audit to find out where all that money went?
November 26, 2025 at 1:24 AM
Good summary. As an HSP introvert I trend towards total quiet but there are times worth venturing out, just not in crowded places.

Arresting shoplifters, especially organized crime groups, is a great start. Now make sure the judges give them a sentence for prison time instead of a slap on the wrist and setting them free to steal again. You need all 3 legs of a tripod or it will fall down.

Please give everyone a list of the established and effective programs that would be at risk. How are the existing funds being distributed? How much and to whom?
November 25, 2025 at 8:53 PM
You have a fair point there. I guess when you have been living with his mistakes for almost 8 years there is very little praise left.
November 25, 2025 at 6:42 PM
He's considered the front runner in the Democratic primary for President. The way he's jetting around the world and country is just a warmup for running. Everything in that list is a fact and worse. We have the highest unemployment, highest taxes, highest homelessness, highest gas (except HI).
November 25, 2025 at 6:36 PM
Your billions of dollars go to NGO's which keep most of it for themselves. In fact California now had the highest homeless population in the US. Throwing more money at the problem is not solving the problem but increasing it. Spend it more wisely.

I've lived in California for 55 years and have been a registered Democrat all that time. Gavin is one of the worst, if not the worst, Gov. we've had. He flip flops on everything, spends money on worthless projects and now we have the highest costs on everything. He's toxic.

Survivors are wondering why the fire got out of control in the first place. Why permits are being slow walked. Why older residents are being forced to sell their land because they won't live long enough to build a house and move back in. And all you do is prance around in Brazil playing President

Chump pushed the DOJ into bringing iffy charges against them and assigned inept prosecutors. The whole thing came apart quickly. He has no patience and it will be his undoing.
November 24, 2025 at 9:09 PM
Well said. Unfortunately, most people are dazzled by his shiny white teeth and impeccable groomed hair. He could fool a lot of people who haven't lived through his incompetent rule.
November 24, 2025 at 9:06 PM
So far through November 24th, 380 building permits have been issued (not necessarily being built yet). This is out of approx 7000 homes in the Palisades burning down. It's been a year since the fire. I wouldn't exactly call that being expedited.
November 24, 2025 at 9:03 PM
Good question. Gavin loves to say stuff and then never follows through. He's all sizzle, no steak.
November 24, 2025 at 8:59 PM
Where did all this red tape you are cutting come from in the first place? Inquiring minds want to know. A good idea would be to replace Ricardo Lara, who spends most of his time on generous taxpayer funded vacations instead of looking after the best interests of Calif. homeowner.

Even back then blondes have more fun. (For reference the phrase was introduced as an ad campaign in 1954 for Clairol).
November 23, 2025 at 5:33 PM
@krassenstein.bsky.social as usual you posted 3 photos showing the desk but only 1 showing the fireplace. If you wanted to be honest (I know that word is not in your vocabulary) you should have shown all 4 photos of the fireplace. Shame on you. But you know no shame.
November 23, 2025 at 6:46 AM
The 4th photo is very misleading since it shows the fireplace view and not the desk. Windows are still there and the view is not cluttered. Typical Krassenstein misleading the facts. He tries to bend things to his point of view, away from reality.
