Thank you for answering me. I have only bought some pictures and some movie posters for John Mills from eBay. I'll have to start buying some more then 😄. You have some really great photo's in you collection!

Hi, I was wandering where you find all these great pictures?
I am thinking of starting a similar account of John Mills, as I am a huge fan of his, but a lot of pictures have copyright over them.
I'm hoping you can help me!
Thanks.

I think it is interesting what you are doing! I am interested in the German army in WWI, but I am not good with the army Structure.

I had to look that up, but I saw it was near Badonviller. There is a lot of info available about the fighting around there. If you know the Batallion/unit he was in, you may even be able to find their Kriegstagebuch, if you haven't already of course ☺️

Have you also tried to find out if there are WWI related museums in or in the area of those villages?
Which area of France is this?

Europa moet los komen van de US. Trump gaat nog veel meer kapot maken, er kan niet meer van Amerika worden uitgegaan om Europa te steunen.

Thank you!
When will you be going?

I hope to visit the Vosges again this year or the next. Unfortunately, no walks up the Hartmannswillerkopf of the steep German side of Tete des Faux due to a bad knee, but I will visit bunkers with texts on the front which are off the beaten track.

Have a look at this site: www.pierreswesternfront.nl

Unfortunately he passed away last year, but he did a lot of walks in the Vosges and Alsace-Lorraine and described them in detail on his site. Very informative!
