Oh yes, pretty sure he would have loathed it. He was all about the deeply human things.

Don't forget Hayao Miyazaki!

Buy the books so you can read them again and loan them out!

Spot on. I met my mentor, who was not a non-human answer generator, who is still my mentor and friend many years later. AI could not have pulled me up short in my intellectual laziness as she did, and it was the making of me.

I keep looking for his mean, lumpy face in this painting. Pretty sure Bosch recorded him somewhere.

They don't seem to have done much long-term thinking. This period we are living through will end, because human beings come to an end, each and every one of us; this country will not accept MAGA tactics once the leader is gone. The oligarchs are on the bandwagon, but failing to see the road ahead.

I finished the book today, after dawdling through it as slowly as I could, knowing I'd be sad when I finished it. I was right. I didn't want to leave the world within it. I'll be rereading it soon.

Thank you, Tom, for this experience. It's so good.

I honestly don’t know how you can even have a society when people’s baseline understanding of the *basic facts of events* are so disparate and contradictory.

People living in different universes based off their media diet, and all of it designed for maximum “engagement”, not understanding.

It's also okay to use other search engines, as much as google would like you to believe they're the only game in town.

Thank you! I've been arguing your points politely, and I am not getting through. Your anger translation is very, very good. I too see this as an insult to life itself.

What a waste of time and resources, just to block a loving tribute to those who died there.
