Unfortunately, it feels like even "fact" has a new definition depending on who you ask. Some of the most basic scientific facts are under assault to the point that people choose to ignore them because of politics.

The lack of black writers in these "starter packs" is discouraging. I've heard great things about bluesky, but it's been a little difficult to navigate.
