(see pics, first 2 = no https, third = invalid certificate)

You should also consider if random VPN company is more reliable than the open network, as they can also get all the same metadata of your browsing.

There are reliable providers (like mullvad) but: Open wifi is not as unsafe as YT ads say.

bought a filament dryer after some ancient, rarely used petg started printing really badly (stored in sealed bags that eventually leak sadly) and I expected improvements but not miracles

but wow no I got miracles. should've gotten one of these earlier.

their aim is clearly not environmentalism, else ofc reducing that 12% would make more sense.

their aim is to reduce the workload of the overworked ATCs that are doing riskier work. for that, targeting busy airports does actually make more sense.

joining the "I never moved away" pile

used several ones over the last 11 years, wearing them every day (except a few when I forgot it on charge stand etc).

this time steel even has its battery lasting a week after all this time.

see these pics. left is BA, right is gov.uk.
I know that they don't care too much if you cannot change it on your other passport, but it will contain a note on remarks page that you also have that passport by that name and gender iirc.

so ukgov does try to know what other passports citizens may use

I tend to say this ironically 99% of the time but this time it is 100% serious:
wow, german efficiency.

BNetzA hamburg told BNetzA dortmund that I passed, then they prepared certificates and sent it out same day, then post delivered it next day.

I'm now a radio amateur :D

I'm guessing this metric might be one to consider.

Most are interested in some of it in their lives, but it is not specified if that's what they currently get, or if they seek it out at all.
