Imitated Quen for the new Block state 🐳
Took a bit to refactor the custom setup to use #godot AnimationTree... On the surface the only new thing is blended animations. So I needed some eye candy as reward.

Got a hit mechanic working! 🐳
The hit state, like Stun or Flyback, gets determined from stats of attack object and enemy.
Also some spicy sparks for visual hit feedback ✨
