Checked out ur profile and see u work in healthcare. So do I, but on technology side. I work in a big city & our ED, sees children abused, broken, & dead, who have endured unimaginable suffering. Many die by drive-by shootings. I dream of responsible gun ownership. Our reality: it's only a dream.

Not accusing you of anything, least of all hiding information. I was sharing there are different views on this statistic's reporting. Speaking as a mother, even one child's death due to gun violence is one too many. Jon was pointing out the illogical juxtaposition of how we "protect" our children.

Awesome music!!! Way back when I was a kid, I had a few guitar lessons. Chords only. ("Daisy, Daisy, give me your answer do...") is forever in my brain. Now, my favorite sound is violin. I feel it's music in my bones. Thanks for sharing and for the kind comment about my sweet old pup Haley Baley.

I love adopting old rescue dogs, beach walks and paper crafting. Hard to find friends like me but I enjoy this place. I see conversations between people who don't 100% agree and I feel comfortable commenting even when I don't 100% agree. There's meanness everywhere, I've learned to move past that.💙
