... and often our fears ... when seen from another perspective or through someone else’s eyes ... could actually look like "cute pink, yarn-knitted bunny" 🐰😉

→ the more diligence we put in upfront research and testing, the more 💸, effort & chaos we save
→ they solve the problem of implementation failure - uncovering pain-points and iterating in design phase is cheaper than fixing mistakes later
